Runescape Guide to 99 Fletching.

Fletching is the making of Arrows and Bows ect.
Firemaking,Crafting,Woodcutting,Fletching, and Range are all alike in some way.
1-25

You will need about 20k to start. Buy a knife and a axe from The Grand Exchange.
Bring the axe and the knife to a spot with alot of trees.Use the knife on the logs and make arrow shafts.
Keep reapeting this untill level 10.
Then make LongBows with the logs.
Then sell them In the Grand Exchange.Remeber dont make ShortBows. DO NOT STRING ANY BOW UNTIL YEW LONGBOWS.

25-40

Next buy or chop 300 oak logs.
Make Oak LongBows Until Level 40.

40-55

Now it gets a little bit tougher.

Buy or chop 1K Willow Logs.

Make Willow LongBows until level 55. Willows can be found In Draynor Village. ect.

55-70

Buy or chop 5-6K Maple Logs.

Make Maple LongBows untill level 70.

These can be found all over runescape in member worlds.

70-85
This is where most people quit.

Buy or chop 10K Yew Logs. -note- If you do not have enough money to buy 10k of them buy them small amounts at a time. I suggest not to cut these.If you want to cut them they can be found In Varrok,Near Draynor, Lumbridge, and Edgeville. Ect.These you should string because they are good exp and you make money.

Make Yew LongBows untill level 85.

85-99

This is the hardest but most exiting part

Buy as many Magic Logs as you Can from the Grand Exchange. These you have to buy or it will take about 1 yr.

Make Magic longbows untill level 99.

Here are my favorite places to Fletch:

1. Varrock West Bank. Lots of Fletchers to talk to.

2. The Grand Exchange. Again lots of Fletchers to talk to and you can buy stuff.

3. Duel Arena. You can take a brake without wandering far.

4. Bounty Hunter another good spot to train Fletching that is very quiet in a non Bounty Hunter world.

5. Varrock East Bank. Nice and quiet and no one bothers you.

6. Yanille Nice Relaxing spot to Fletch that is quiet.

These are my favorite places to Fletch.

1 Click banks are the best places to train Fletching such as Castle Wars lobby, Soul Wars ect. These are the best because you dont have to right click and theres not many people at them. And it Saves time.

Number 2 can be found in Varrok next to the West bank if you didn’t know that. And The Duel Arena can be found West of the Gate in Al Kharid.

If you get bored take a brake from Fletching and hang out with your friends or do another skill until You want to Fletch again. Or listen to music What i do is watch T.V. I will put more about this in the 2 threads down.

If you need to rush to get 99 Fletching in 1 month you should only do that skill until you are 99.
I will tell you where to get the skillcape in a minute.

Why do you want 99 Fletching? Do you want to show off the Skillcape or Get a trim for another Skill Cape? Do you want to see the look on peoples faces when they see how low combat level you are and how rich you must have been to get 99? Do you want to have your first level 99 and be a Master Fletcher?Do you want to be able to make your own Range supplies?

These are what you think when you think you are never going to get 99.
Have patients on 99. If you think you are going to get 99 in 1 day thats not going to happen. Unless you are 98 and its still not likely in 1 day .

The SkillCape can be bought in Catherby two stores away from the bank and it has a Range icon on it. I think the store owners name is Brian he has the SkillCape on. The SkillCape and Hood can be bought for 99k there. You can only get the trimmed one if you have a 99 skill already.Now I will Tell you how to make your own supplies.

In between Catherby and Seers Village there is a big pin with Flax and bee hives. Pick the flax untill you have a full load. There is a Spinning wheel straight down from Seers Village Bank. (These can only be made if 10 Crafting.) Click on it and right click on Flax and click “all”. Let it make Bow String untill it is done. Then take it to the bank and go back.Keep repeating this.

There are plenty of trees under the pin like 9 Yews i think and you can bring a knife and when you get a full inventory Make into Yew Longbows. (If not 70 Fletching or 60 Woodcutting there are plenty of other trees there.) You also get 15 Crafting experience per Bow String you make.

Stringing Bows is fairly easy all you do is click on on your bank go to the bows (u) and the Bow String and click “withdaw x” type 14 and then there is a 14 option if you dont change the “x” option. After that exit out of your Bank and click on the Bow String and The Bow (u). Click make “all” and sit back and relax While it strings them for you. Keep reapeating this until you want to stop.

What I didn’t explain about the Magic Longbows is what I do is Buy the Magic LongBows (u) and the Bow String and string them. This way i make like 6k per 1,000 I make. Yesterday I made 30k per 1,000 I made but the price dropped.
