  1 Only available for a party with Distributing Experience Point / Automatic Item Distribution are enabled.
  2 A player who is undertaking Cerberus 3 quest can teleport to another place with another player who has already completed Cerberus 3 quest.
  3 Summons from Hell is allowed only to the leader of the party.
  4 Even if you are dead, defeating Cerberus will complete the quest.
  5 If trade or transportation method is summoned, you cannot teleport.

  Step1 Go to the ruin in Southeast of Sigia Dock. the circle-like symbol in the map kill the pirate champion to get the flag.
  Step2 Use the flag to summon the pirate commander the flag must be used inside the ruin. He would appear along with 4 or 5 other pirates all of them have letter Q above their heads.
  Step3 Once the pirate commander is defeated, he should drop the quest item for each of the member of the party.

  Starting NPC General Rachel
  Step1 Get quest item from Rachel. Use it in Coliseum/Cleopatra’s Gateway/ Haran’s Tower.
  Step2 There will be a lvl 30 quest mob at each spot. Kill them for 3 emblems
  Step3 Kill lvl 30 centaurs for their bloods. Use it and get a key.
  Step4 Goto the center of Archers and wolves QB and use the key.
  Step5 Then kill Ivy.
  Required Quest LV 30 Ivy 1
  * After abandoning, you cannot try the quest again.
  * Timeout Quest
